Repair procedures
1. | Remove the front door window glass. (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Window Glass") |
2. | Remove the front door outside handle. (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Outside Handle") |
3. | Remove the outside handle pad (A).

4. | Loosen the front door outside handle base mounting bolt (A). Tightening torque : 3.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb-ft) |

5. | Press the lock pin, separate the outside rear view mirror connector (A). 
|
6. | Press the lock pin, sepatate the front door main connector (A). 
|
7. | Loosen the front door latch mounting screws and bolts. Screw : 9.8 - 14.7 N.m (1.0 - 1.5 kgf.m, 7.2 - 10.8 lb-ft) Bolt : 8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 8.5 - 10.1 lb-ft) |

8. | Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the front door module (A). Tightening torque : 7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft) |

9. | To install, reverse the removal procedure. •
| Make sure connectors are connected properly and each rod is connected securely. |

| Make sure the door locks / unlocks and opens / closes properly. |
