Repair procedures

Replacement
   
•
When removing with a flat - tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
•
Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
1.
Remove the trunk lid trim.
(Refer to Trunk Lid - "Trunk Lid Trim")
2.
Disconnect the rear combination lamp connector (A).
3.
Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the rear combination lamp (B).

4.
Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the trunk lid back panel (A).

5.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   
•
Make sure the connectors are connected in properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.

    Repair procedures Replacement[Trunk lid latch]    â€¢ When removing with a flat - tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

    Repair procedures Replacement    â€¢ Do not apply sealant to the body. 1.Remove the trunk lid weatherstrip (A).

    Description and operation DescriptionThe mode control actuator is located at the heater unit.It adjusts the position of the mode door by operating the mode control actuator based on the signal of the A/C control unit. Pressing the mode select switch makes the mode control actuator shift in order of Vent → Bi-Level → Floor → Mix.
