Hyundai Elantra: Warning and Indicator Lights / Electric Power Steering (EPS) Warning Light

This warning light illuminates:

  • When you place the ignition switch to the ON position.
    -- The Electric Power Steering Warning light illuminates for about 3 seconds and then goes off.
  • Whenever there is a malfunction with the EPS.
